The HR Compliance and Policy Senior Manager sits within the HR Operations team and will be responsible for researching and ensuring global policy compliance in HR matters, along with the implementation and management of statutory reporting requirements. They will produce and maintain robust, global HR Policies that align with the compliance requirements and embrace the Veeam Values.

Responsibilities:
- Act as main point of contact for global HR policy and statutory reporting requirements, including AAP and EEO-1
- Create policies that align with legislative requirements and Veeam Values, conducting a detailed review and rebuild of the existing policy suite, in partnership with the Legal Compliance team
- Keep abreast of changes in requirements and ensure processes and policies are adapted accordingly
- Ensure annual policy reviews and alignment with the policy processes dictated by the Veeam Legal Compliance team
- Conduct regular tracked reviews of policies and make changes where necessary
- Work in a team of two, collaborating with the EMEA based Policy and Compliance Senior Manager to ensure we are acting within the law in all Veeam locations
- Liaise with the Global Information Security team on all certification requirements that are linked to our policies
- Ensure we have the right policies and reporting in place for IPO readiness
- Participate in global HR projects as requested
Experience:
- At least 5-7 years of direct experience experience in Global HR policy compliance
- Proven experience of creating both global and local HR policies, with a preference for delivery in IPO readiness phase
- Developed knowledge of global statutory HR requirements, particularly in the regions that Veeam operates in
- Familiar with statutory reporting across various geographies i.e. US EEO, UK Gender Pay Gap etc
- Ability to communicate at all levels across the business
- Ability to be adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Superior organizational and collaboration skills
- Able to prioritize and meet tight schedules and targets

The salary range posted is On Target Earnings (OTE), which is inclusive of base and variable pay. When making an offer of employment, Veeam will take into consideration the candidate’s expectations, experience, education, scope of responsibility for the role, and the current market demands.

$133,000—$190,000 USD
