The Senior Manager, People Partnering, serves as a strategic and trusted advisor for the global corporate functions. This role goes beyond the traditional HR partnership by leading key people initiatives and ensuring alignment with business strategies. The Senior Manager will focus on developing and executing HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, drive business results, and foster talent growth.

Job Description

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Support the development and execution of long-term HR strategies that align with business objectives. Partner with senior leaders to anticipate future business needs and shape the talent agenda to support organizational growth and transformation.
  •  Talent Strategy, Succession Planning & Workforce Planning: Drive the corporate talent strategy by identifying critical talent gaps and creating action plans to build a robust talent pipeline. Oversee workforce planning and succession strategies, ensuring the business has the talent necessary for long-term success.
  • Employee Experience & Culture Leadership: Foster a high-performance culture by leading initiatives that promote engagement, inclusion, and a positive employee experience. Address complex employee relations issues and proactively coach managers on handling challenging situations effectively.
  • Compensation & Rewards Strategy: Partner with total rewards COE to develop and implement strategic compensation frameworks that are market-competitive and aligned with the company’s job architecture. Conduct data-driven analyses to ensure equity and consistency across the organization.
  • Organizational Development & Change Management: Support organizational change initiatives. Design and implement strategic programs to drive employee development, leadership capabilities, and organizational readiness for future challenges.
  • People Analytics & Insights: Leverage data and people analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in areas such as retention, employee performance, and compensation equity. Use insights to recommend actionable strategies to leadership.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR functions and teams on a variety of global HR initiatives and projects. Leverage your expertise to contribute to initiatives related to compensation, diversity and inclusion, governance and policy, change management, talent management, and performance management.
  • Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Lead the continuous evaluation of HR processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Propose and implement new initiatives that enhance HR service delivery and elevate the employee experience.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 1 years in a global human resources role.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong experience in talent management, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Expertise in handling complex employee relations, compensation frameworks, and organizational development initiatives.
  • Exceptional leadership and influence skills, with the ability to guide and coach senior leaders.
  • High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex, matrixed environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Experience leading change management initiatives at a global scale.
  • Professional HR Certification desired (e.g., SPHR, SHRM-SCP).

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $110,500.00 - $130,000.00
