About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, optimize campaign performance, and enable pipeline growth through data-driven insights. This hands-on role owns the marketing tech stack, with a core focus on HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce, and reporting infrastructure. As a key partner to marketing, sales, and leadership, you’ll ensure seamless processes, accurate data, and measurable impact across the global marketing funnel.

 What You’ll Do:1.  Marketing Automation & Campaign Management

  • Own and optimize HubSpot, Salesforce, 6sense and other martech tools.
  • Oversee global campaign execution (audience segmentation, list uploads, lead nurturing, automation).
  • Improve lead flow, scoring, and routing for seamless SDR and sales handoff.
  • Establish best practices for email marketing, engagement, and A/B testing.

2. Reporting, Analytics, and Insights

  • Develop real-time dashboards for pipeline, conversion, and campaign performance using Salesforce, Qlik, and 6Sense (ABM). 
  • Analyze complex data sets and deliver regular marketing KPIs and forecasting models to inform strategic planning.
  • Uncover insights to improve ROI, conversion rates, and funnel performance.

3. Data Management & Governance

  • Ensure data accuracy, hygiene and governance across platforms.
  • Partner with RevOps and sales teams to monitor lead and opportunity data within Salesforce and Hubspot 
  • Implement and enforce data governance processes to comply with privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

5. Technology & Process Innovation

  • Evaluate new emerging technologies and trends to improve scalability, efficiency, and campaign performance.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes and workflows for global campaign execution, lead management, and reporting.

6. Strategic Leadership & Collaboration

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to marketing and sales leadership, delivering insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with demand generation, product, RevOps, and sales teams to ensure alignment and operational excellence.


What we are looking for:Technical Expertise

  • Proven experience managing marketing automation platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, 6sense) 
  • Strong understanding of global email marketing best practices, campaign workflows, and multi-touch lead nurturing strategies.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools

Project & Process Management

  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple global initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience developing and scaling processes for operational efficiency across marketing teams.

Education & Experience

  • 5-7 years in marketing operations, campaign management and analytics
  • Expertise in Hubspot, Salesforce, 6sense and reporting tools such as Qlik 
  • Strong analytical, forecasting and process management skills 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
  • SaaS, B2B, startup, cybersecurity industry experience preferred.

Our total rewards package includes the following:

  • Base Salary: The annual base salary compensation range in the U.S. for this role is: $140,000 - $180,000. Final offer amounts are determined by factors such as the final candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as business considerations and peer compensation.
