About your team :
As part of the Marketing Strategy & Campaigns Europe team you will be a key driver of Fidelity‘s commercial success.
You will be converting values into experiences and drive radical client orientation in close collaboration with diverse experts from the organization. Together you will push the boundaries of delivering client impact through campaigning.
About your role :
As a Senior Manager Marketing Campaigns you thrive while bravely taking responsibility on your shoulders. You will take responsibility for campaigns and projects of strategic importance from ideation, to planning until client impact is achieved and evaluated. More specifically you will take “Product-Ownership” of the ETF squad, which delivers on a key marketing priority. You will not only grow personally in your own work, but you have the chance to pull experience from experts in sales, investment management, operations and marketing. This is what your success will look like:
Success at 7 days
- You have bonded withyour key marketing, PR, sales and investment-management partners
- You have taken over tasks within your teams to pick up pace
- Your curiosity got you a solid understanding how our ISS division works in the Europe
- You dove into the status quo of the ETF squad and one particular deliverable and came up with a delivery- and game-plan to drive business impact and operational excellence
Success at 1 month
- You have dug into your the ETF squad and are already becoming an expert
- You have earned trust and great reputation in the agile-team that you lead and support
- You are a driver for progress, constructive conflict and surfacing the best ideas
- With your teams you are impressing stakeholders because you could already cross of big and important deliverables from your plan, these could be anything from a quarterly delivery plan coordination, a campaign-flight, over a content program, events to social media strategies
Success at 3 month
- You now have taken full ownership and responsibility of the ETF squad; where you lead you own planning, prioritization, budgeting, senior management reporting and escalations
- The agile-team is progressing well on plan act with solid work methods, high trust and constant feedback loops
- You are ready to take on more responsibilities.
