Learning Business Partner Senior Manager - India
Job Description
The Learning Business Partner Senior Manager India collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and implement learning strategies that enhance employee learning experiences in India. This individual will report to the VP, Learning Business Partners and help provides guidance and regional oversight to ensure connection across local programs/offerings & enterprise offerings. They will not have direct reports, but rather dotted line reporting relationships with employees reporting in other parts of our global learning organization.
Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partners with the local stakeholders to understand needs of the business and works to ensure alignment and successful approach.
  • Facilitate objective communication and coordination between local team, the business and key stakeholders.
  • Ensures stakeholder's information is has been intaken but does not commit to or make promises.
  • Facilitates cross team collaboration, ensuring alignment between functions or projects.
  • Informal advisory from in-region leader, provides guidance without direct authority primary manager remains the one with the solid line (lead LBP should provide feedback and insight to direct leader on performance but does not own the performance review process).
  • Works effectively with a straight-line leader through clear communication, colla Act as a bridge between teams, ensuring coordination and alignment of goals.
  • Uses discretion when dealing with sensitive information, remembering that as a leader your voice carry's a lot of impact. Positivity, confidentiality and collaboration are key.


Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in dynamic or technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills: Proficiency in collecting, interpreting, and synthesizing data to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
  • Systems thinking: Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills to understand connections and broader impacts.
  • Communication skills: Effective communication skills to present findings, make recommendations, and influence diverse audiences. Skilled at building trust and credibility and engaging with senior leaders to drive initiatives aligned with key objectives.
  • Conflict resolution: Ability to mediate between business requirements and multiple stakeholders.
  • Change management expertise: Capability to manage the transition process when implementing new performance improvement initiatives.
  • Organizational development knowledge: Understanding of organizational structures, culture, and dynamics to tailor solutions appropriately.
  • Leadership and coaching skills: Ability to guide and motivate individuals to achieve their performance goals.
