Position Summary:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Manager of Infrastructure and Operations to lead our IT Global Infrastructure Engineering and Operations team. This role requires a strong balance of leadership and technical expertise, ensuring that our systems are secure, scalable, and future-ready. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record as a people manager with hands-on experience in compute, storage, identity management, endpoint management, and hybrid cloud operations. Additionally, they must demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively with security and architecture teams while driving automation and operational efficiency across complex, diverse application and multi-platform environments.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the deployment and daily operations of robust compute and storage platforms to support business applications and operations.
  • Establish and enforce endpoint standards for Windows, Linux, and macOS environments, ensuring security, performance, and user experience.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive infrastructure roadmap that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Lead efforts to strengthen identity management systems, including MS Active Directory and Cloud IDAM solutions.
  • Develop and enforce identity governance policies that focus on least privilege access, reducing identity risk across environments.
  • Implement and maintain secure access controls, ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee hybrid cloud infrastructure across VMware, AWS, GCP, and Azure, focusing on performance, cost optimization, and scalability.
  • Drive automation and orchestration to streamline deployment and maintenance processes.
  • Manage enterprise collaboration platforms such as G-Suite, Slack, and Unified Communications tools to support productivity and connectivity.
  • Oversee platform integration and drive adoption of collaboration tools across teams.
  • Champion the implementation of automation tools and frameworks to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and lead initiatives to implement best practices.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure system uptime and reliability. Provide input to the SLA development process and ensure SLA's are met.
  • Proactively identify and resolve infrastructure bottlenecks and issues.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of infrastructure engineers and administrators.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in infrastructure leadership, with the ability to mentor, motivate and guide a team toward achieving operational excellence.
  • Strong experience with managing virtualization, storage, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Strong identity management experience, including MS Active Directory, Azure, OKTA, Jumpcloud and advanced access control practices.
  • Proficiency in endpoint management across Windows, Linux, and MacOS platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with managing cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and cloud-native technologies.
  • Familiarity with automation tools and frameworks to streamline infrastructure management.
  • Strong knowledge of collaboration tools, including G-Suite, Slack, Zoom and DialPad.
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certifications in AWS, Azure, GCP, or related technologies.
  • Familiarity with security compliance standards and best practices.
  • Experience in IT Service Management (ITIL) for managing incidents, problems and changes.
