The Team

The Global Logistics Excellence function defines for the end-to-end Logistics network, from Inbound transport to Consumer/Customer/Store drops, how “good” should look like today and tomorrow. It supports the delivery of the multi-year Logistics ambition on cost, customer service and carbon emission reduction (3C Concept), that ties into the PVH+ Plan.

The Logistics ambition is captured in the Logistics+ Masterplan, under which the team sets and executes multi-year roadmaps to optimize Logistics operations, improve sustainability, and maintain a competitive edge through driving strategic initiatives, programs and processes. One key program to enable the Logistics Operation to perform at the highest & most competitive standard is centered on the intent to reduce carbon emissions and drive sustainability in Logistics operations.

The Position

As the Senior Manager, Global Sustainable Logistics you will shape PVH's Net Zero Roadmap for Logistics, driving sustainability across packaging, transport, and warehousing. Your mission is to help PVH achieve its sustainability goals, gain a competitive edge, and fulfill external commitments by leveraging best-in-class practices and insights from internal assessments and industry benchmarks.

In this role you will be working across multiple levels and regions with the Supply Chain teams, as well as partnering closely with global and regional Logistics teams and external partners to develop and implement a comprehensive Net Zero Logistics Roadmap, aligned with the PVH+ Plan, with clear milestones to reduce carbon emissions.

This new role underscores the strategic importance of building a cohesive and sustainable Logistics agenda, transforming PVH’s Logistics network, and supporting the delivery of the PVH+ Plan.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB 

Net Zero Roadmap Design

  • Develop a comprehensive Net Zero Logistics Roadmap aligned with the PVH+ Plan, covering packaging, transport and warehousing

  • Establish clear milestones for reducing carbon emissions across packaging, transport, and warehouse operations

  • Align and implement the roadmap with and through internal regional and global teams, as well as through external partners

  • Establish sustainable solutions in pilot sites via cross-functional project teams, iterate processes, key metrics and way of workings before global roll-out, as to scale sustainable Logistics in all 3 regions

  • Design and implement a digital reporting platform to monitor progress towards sustainability goals and agreed targets

  • Engage with stakeholders to monitor progress on external sustainability ambitions and competitive positioning

Sustainable Packaging

  • Develop strategies for sustainable packaging to reduce our environmental impact

  • Drive initiatives to improve load fill efficiency, minimizing empty space in transport

  • Work with internal teams and external partners to introduce sustainable and scalable packaging solutions with consideration of load fill optimization impacts

Sustainable Transport

  • Lead green fleet investments and establish partnerships with providers aligned with sustainable Logistics principles

  • Implement and oversee a fuel efficiency program to reduce emissions and operational costs

Sustainable Warehousing

  • Craft a renewable energy supply strategy, targeting clean energy transitions

  • Develop a transition plan towards paperless Logistics, aligning with sustainability and efficiency objectives

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

At present, no full-time associates are planned to be reporting into the position

             

Indirect

Ongoing project team responsibilities under the umbrella of the Logistics+ Plan and the Carbon Emission reduction pillar. The size of the project teams will vary from 5 to 30 associates with multiple projects to be led in parallel.

BUDGETARY RESPONSIBILITIES  

Manage an Indirect Cost budget of up to $2M per annum

DECISION MAKING 

  • Balance conflicting Logistics priorities under the 3C concept to define sustainable Logistics practices

  • Lead diverse projects teams through iterative decision-making processes to establish a clear Net Zero Logistics Roadmap

  • Constantly balance regional needs with harmonized global standards

RESOURCEFULNESS / CREATIVITY 

The ideal candidate must be able to:

  • Drive the Logistics+ Plan and the Carbon Emissions Reduction pillar through a lean, global team, leaning on co-creation with the regions

  • Bring outside perspective in to define, how ‘great” for the sustainable Logistics at PVH should look like today and tomorrow

  • Create strategic, transformative Logistics programs from scratch

  • Lead multiple projects with overlapping project timelines in parallel

  • Find creative ways to engage different levels of the organization to create buy-in for the Logistics+ Plan and the Carbon Emissions Reduction pillar

ENVIRONMENT

PVH Corp. is currently going through significant business transformation on all levels of the organization, including Supply Chain and Logistics. This role is expected to operate in a dynamic and evolving business environment, requiring adaptability, resilience, and a proactive approach to navigate challenges. You will work across diverse geographies, engaging with multiple stakeholders to align sustainability efforts globally. The scope of the role is global, thus requiring the ability to successfully engage and motivate remote and diverse teams using digital meeting technologies, e.g. Microsoft Teams, whilst the role will require travel for ca. 5 - 10% of the time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

Experience  

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Logistics, Sustainability, or Supply Chain roles, with proven expertise in driving environmental initiatives

  • Experience with cross-functional collaboration, ideally in a global matrix organization

  • Track record of implementing sustainability strategies and achieving measurable results

  • University degree in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field

Skills 

  • Strong knowledge of carbon emission reduction strategies and sustainable Logistics

  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement abilities

  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision-making

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Proactive mindset, ability to work independently, with a ‘can do’ attitude

  • Resilient and driven individual that excels in overcoming organizational hurdles

  • Ability to navigate complex matrix organizations with adaptive leadership styles
