Position: Senior. Manager, General Affair & Workplace Management


What You Will Do:

  • Facility Management and Support: Oversee the management of office spaces, facilities, equipment, inventory control, and procurement at both HQ and fulfillment centers.
  • Employee Welfare Management: Manage and optimize employee welfare programs, including benefits, allowances, meals, shuttle bus and other support services.
  • Operational Efficiency Improvement: Improve and optimize working environments to ensure employees can perform their tasks effectively by providing necessary resources and managing administrative duties.
  • General Administration: Support internal events and meetings, manage official communications, documents, budgets, and administrative costs.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure safety checks and compliance with relevant laws and regulations at fulfillment centers and offices.
  • Communication: Facilitate smooth communication between HQ and fulfillment centers, ensuring policies and strategies are clearly communicated to the workforce and resolving any issues arising at the operational level.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in relevant fields (General Affairs, Logistics, Administration, etc.).
  • Experience in managing general affairs tasks in Fulfillment centers and office settings.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of office management and employee welfare regulations.
  • Proactive approach to handling tasks and responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
