Job Summary

Responsible for providing financial and operational analysis to leadership in support of business unit decision-making, looking for risks and opportunities. Manages accounting transactions and maintenance of books of accounts, ensuring that all financial data is recorded within generally accepted accounting principles consistent with Company policies. Develops financial and operational objectives. Ensures operational plans are aligned with business objectives. Contributes to functional strategy development. Has a greater degree of impact on business results and typically manages one or more groups of professional employees.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Partners with leadership to support business planning and operational processes throughout the year. Ensures operational plans are consistent with business objectives.
  • Develops financial and operational objectives. Analyzes financial and operational reports and communicates findings and risks; makes suggestions to improve processes.
  • Facilitates Finance professionals' ability to support business unit management and other departments with informational requests and special projects.
  • Possesses understanding of Company policies and procedures and continually implements and reviews policies and procedures for consistency.
  • Trains, supervises and develops Finance staff. Manages the daily activities of the Finance team and makes suggestions to leadership for work performance improvement.
  • Makes strategy and operations decisions on the ground floor that directly impact business.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Compensation

This job can be performed in Denver Campus with a Pay Range of $109,242.07 - $180,249.42

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Bachelor's Degree
