Senior Manager, Finance Analytics

ServiceTitan is looking for an extraordinary Senior Manager of Finance Analytics to develop insightful and in depth reporting and take our understanding of our financial performance to the next level.

What You'll Do:

• Create KPIs for the Board and our public filings
• As a manager/doer, lead a team that works directly with our finance and pricing teams to gather requirements, develop solutions, and provide proactive insights
• Creatively answer questions nobody is asking but that help us improve how we run our business
• Mentor and grow your teammates to deliver strong products across the business
• Enable Observability and QA results from your team and partner teams to ensure high quality results have been delivered
• Ensure high data quality by partnering both with data engineers and our finance team; Work with key stakeholders throughout the broader analytics community to keep metrics accurate and clearly defined.
• Produce Tableau dashboards as well as data marts

Required Skills:

• Must have experience creating financial metrics that go to the Board at a regular cadence
• Comfortable with tight deadlines in a high-growth environment; Ability to prioritize projects based on ROI and timing in the presence of ambiguity
• Bachelor degree in a business or quantitative field
• 8+ years of experience as a business analyst (SQL/Tableau)
• 2+ years managing a small (1-3 person) team
• Tableau and/or powerBI (Tableau strongly preferred)
• SQL expertise and previous experience with data warehouses (Snowflake preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze significant amounts of information with great attention to detail
• Ability to creatively start new projects; viewed as both indistinguishable and indispensable from the business teams you partner with
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills that allow you to directly communicate with VP+ leaders are required

Preferred Skills:

• Candidates with experience creating public metrics for post-IPO companies are strongly preferred
• Experience in dbt (data engineering)
• Experience in python (data manipulation)
• Experience with using dbt/Airflow for scheduling automated processes
• Experience with Data modeling and Data warehousing/building and using KPI data marts

ServiceTitan is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our employees. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected salary range for this role for candidates residing in the United States is between $166,500 USD - $222,700 USD. Compensation for candidates residing outside the United States will vary by location and the specific salary range will be discussed during the hiring process. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on skills, performance over time, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes an annual bonus, equity and a holistic suite of benefits.
