Tripadvisor is looking for a proactive, innovative, self-starter who wants a hands-on role in driving the marketing strategy for our Enterprise Business. In this role, you will be part of the Marketing team dedicated to Tripadvisor’s Enterprise Organization and tasked with driving awareness and consideration of Tripadvisor as an advertising partner for brands of all kinds, globally. This person will combine strategy, creativity, and research to develop marketing plans, sales narratives, content, and more to fuel enterprise growth.
Job Location: Hybrid
This role is a hybrid position that requires 3-5 days per month in our New York office.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign Planning & Execution: Develop, socialize and activate a variety of campaigns throughout the year leveraging multiple channels, including but not limited to paid social, sponsored content, organic social, CRM, earned media and PR, experiential, sales collateral, website development and more, targeted to a B2B (enterprise advertising) audience
- Work cross functionally with key stakeholders, channel managers, and creative to develop and execute these campaigns
- Manage campaigns from start to finish including setting the strategy, hosting standups, building timelines, reporting, socialization and retrospectives
- These campaigns can be in support of thought leadership, product launches, case studies, positioning, etc.
- Strategic Storytelling: Turn insights into compelling narratives for campaigns, content, PR news & sales materials that dispel myths and address challenges head on. Combine data with creativity to create content rooted in insights.
- Turn these stories into multiple assets across websites, videos, sales collateral, social assets, abstracts, and more.
- Partner with the Research & Insights to make our 1P & 3P data sing and differentiate us in the market
- Partner closely with Sales to understand their challenges, the mindset of their clients, & what they’re hearing in market to inform initiatives & content
- B2B PR Initiatives & Award Strategy: Work closely with our PR team & agencies to promote our content & initiatives in trades, & speaking opportunities. Brief teams on content & proactively provide the PR team with news-worthy updates for our business.
- Own the awards strategy & process inclusive of managing an agency, the
- Client Councils: Own and develop the programming for Tripadvisor’s client council - from member acquisition, to content development to events, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales on process & tactics for engagement
- Drive programming for events
- Create ongoing content via newsletters & webinars for our council
About you:

- A seasoned B2B marketing generalist with knowledge in content marketing, CRM, paid and organic social, PR, events, sales materials, etc.
Skills & Experience
- 10+ years’ work experience in a B2B/Enterprise, Marketing, Sales Marketing or Brand Strategy role within the Advertising & Media Industry
- Extensive knowledge of media, marketing and advertising
- Bachelors’ degree in Communications, Journalism, Business, Marketing or related field
- A “deck-whiz”; Google Slides is your happy place; you can create beautiful decks & slides that are digestible and engaging (knowledge of tools like Figma, Canva, etc. is a plus)
- Exceptional writing skills & an eye for design; experience using G-Suite/Google Slides
- Experience with project management tools (we use Airtable)
- Ability to create strategy & narratives derived from research & insights
- Can work across multiple stakeholders & collaborators; ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting easily and quickly to change
- Understanding of marketing channels across CRM, social, PR & more
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Ability to work across global markets and different time zones; adjusting content & materials based on regional needs

The salary range for this role is $135,000 to $155,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
