MongoDB’s mission is to empower innovators to create, transform, and disrupt industries by unleashing the power of software and data. We enable organizations of all sizes to easily build, scale, and run modern applications by helping them modernize legacy workloads, embrace innovation, and unleash AI. Our industry-leading developer data platform, MongoDB Atlas, is the only globally distributed, multi-cloud database and is available in more than 115 regions across AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. Atlas allows customers to build anywhere—on the edge, on premises, or across cloud providers. With offices worldwide and over 175,000 developers joining MongoDB every month, it’s no wonder that leading organizations, like Samsung and Toyota, trust MongoDB to build next-generation, AI-powered applications.

  • Demonstrate thought leadership on current research and innovative solutions for assessing and measuring the talent lifecycle, from pre-hire to exit, including how AI can support advanced analytics and insights from both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Collaborate proactively with the Culture, Talent & Development team and other key stakeholders on the broader People Team to Review, monitor, and communicate results effectively for impact and provide follow-up insights in a timely manner
  • Lead our enterprise-wide survey action planning process, and the ongoing enablement for our self-service manager action planning tools
  • Support global action planning programs and initiatives, as needed
  • Ensure that our Leadership Commitment is embedded in the key decisions and planning in our survey strategy
  • Facilitate projects, identifying dependencies, change management requirements, and prioritizing accordingly
  • Manage relationships with the stakeholders across all levels, and ensuring that the project team and stakeholders have an adequate understanding of ownership, timelines, resource needs, risks, contentions, and dependencies

 Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of proven experience with program managing end-to-end talent lifecycle measurement, specifically related to survey insights, executive summaries, and action planning
