This position combines strategic oversight of warehouse operations, order fulfillment, and system integrations to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall delivery performance.
The Senior Manager will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration of systems, improve order accuracy and fulfillment speed, and align logistics strategies with the broader business goals. You will lead cross-functional projects aimed at automating and optimizing workflows, ensuring that technology and operational strategies support the company's growth objectives.

Lead efforts to implement or enhance systems (e.g., ERP, TMS, WMS) and ensure smooth integration between order management platforms, fulfillment systems, and transportation systems. You will work closely with IT and operations teams to evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies that improve operational efficiency and scalability.

Implement best practices in order processing, from order creation to invoicing, with a strong focus on seamless system-to-system communication (e.g., EDI/API integration) and real-time data exchange.
- Strategic Supply Chain Performance Optimization: Leverage data and technology to monitor, assess, and optimize supply chain performance, with a particular focus on how order management and fulfillment interact. Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies within the order flow, recommending technology-driven solutions to resolve these issues. Drive automation and process improvements that increase throughput while minimizing costs.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by championing the use of technology, data, and process optimization to meet evolving business demands.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with technology teams, sales, customer service, and finance teams to ensure that logistics, order management, and technology initiatives align with overall business objectives. Drive consensus across departments to implement changes in workflows and new technology solutions..
- Performance Tracking, Risk Management: Develop robust reporting mechanisms for monitoring the performance of both logistics and order management systems. Proactively identify and address issues related to non-compliance, shipment delays, or inaccurate order data, leveraging technology to ensure resolution and prevent recurrence.
Skills/Qualifications:
