Position Summary:
The Sr. Manager, Data Operations, while partnering with our outside data aggregator, manages the, strategy and execution of the data orchestration and data quality in support of the Patients Service team. Is responsible for documenting data enhancement requests, translating to business needs, and ensuring data aggregator prioritizes, documents, develops, and deploys data and system enhancements effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and gather detailed business requirements
- Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states
- Design and recommend technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives
- Analyze and communicate findings, with clear recommendations when needed to resolve issues.
- Tracks and proactively provides project updates to business stakeholders. Proactively reaches out as needed.
- Create detailed documentation of business requirements, processes and solutions
- Participate in testing and validating new systems and processes to meet business requirements
- Expected to identify opportunities for process improvements, and make recommendations; Actively Contribute to ongoing optimization efforts
- Oversees and drives timelines to ensure milestones are achieved related to ARM CRM system implementation.
- Manage and oversee performance against KPIs of external system and data vendors as it relates Patient Service needs.
Education/Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, data science, or other related fields required. Equivalent combination of education and applicable job experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 7+ years of combined relevant work experience in the Biotech or Pharmaceutical industry focused on data aggregation, commercial/sales operations, or information technology
- Prior experience with Patient/Hub services and Patient Health Information (PHI) data is required.
Additional Skills/Experience/Requirements:
- Must have had prior leadership experience driving operational implementation and excellence.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices related to data privacy and security (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in database management systems and Cloud Technologies (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, Snowflake) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Sigma).
- Demonstrated understanding and use of Health centric Patient/HCP Customer Relation Management (CRM) tools like Salesforce Health Cloud, Veeva CRM.
- Strong demonstrated expertise in data modeling, data warehousing, ETL processes, and data governance principles.
- Ability to think critically and form a methodical analytic approach to solving business problems.
- Well organized with a successful record of creating and managing complex project plans, timelines, and critical paths. Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting strategies, tactics, or responsibilities in a dynamic, cross-functional teamwork environment.
- Knowledge of commercial data warehouse concepts, industry physician/patient/payer level data
- Strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong sense of customer service and care towards internal stakeholders.

Compensation: Our competitive compensation package includes a combination of both cash compensation (base pay and short-term incentive) and long-term incentive compensation (company stock), designed to recognize, retain, and reward employees.
Target Base Pay Range:
$120,000.00 - $165,000.00
