With a transformative mindset, a passion and love for the Coca-Cola brand, this opportunity is to lead the development of marketing communication campaigns and brand experiences for Coffee category (mainly Georgia brand) for Japan market in the Japan and South Korea Operating Unit.
You will be crucial in reinforcing our brand's position, fostering growth, and managing customer relationships through impactful marketing initiatives. Join us to steer the creative direction that drives brand equity, leveraging your expertise to develop engaging content and experiences.

What You'll Do for Us

  • You will be responsible for translating business strategy into communication and creative strategy to achieve the business goal, enhance brand value and the creation and delivery of creative strategy, communication ideas and final creative material.  
  • Develop and execute marketing and creative strategies ensuring they reflect the brand's values and effectively build brand recognition.
  • Create and manage the production of brand experiences and promotional materials consistent with the brand's message.
  • Determine the optimal media mix and strategic partnerships, aligning with consumer segmentation and personas.
  • Manage retail promotions, clarifying terms with retailers, and overseeing brand merchandise coordination at conferences or events.
  • Contribute to campaign ideation, support content creation and optimization across the brand's portfolio, including digital and shopper communication.
  • Integrate consumer research and data insights into creative processes, establishing measurement plans, and fostering a culture centered on collaboration and continuous improvement.
  •  You will work with JSK OU E2E team, bottling partners, and our agency partners, taking the lead on all briefings, reviews and feedback. Then, coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing projects, maintaining adherence to creative strategies.
  • Ensure that all creative work is on brand, on strategy and delivers towards agreed-upon KPIs.  Then, evaluate and measure marketing brand experience and engagement effectiveness, providing insights on return-on-investment.
  • Strong collaboration across category team, partnering functions, to ensure that market and stakeholder feedback/needs is considered. The Content Manager will consider and then make recommendations on how to manage feedback, clearly synthesize and communicate to agency partners and markets.  
  • Understand current and future business needs so that creative work can be developed to help achieve commercial outcomes. 

Qualifications & Requirements 

  • 10+ years’ experience working within marketing, advertising or brand communication roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to conceptualize, execute, measure, and optimize creative brand marketing initiatives that drive business growth and customer value.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to effectively lead the execution of multi-channel communication campaigns.  
  • Exceptional communication skills essential for both internal team collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders, including agency partners.  
  • Ability to manage budget/cost resources for maximum efficiencies and return on investment. 
  • A well-tuned skill in taking a wealth of consumer research and understanding and arriving at the most important insights for branding/creative briefs.  
  • Great creative instinct, judgement and articulation skill.
