Position Overview Are you an experienced strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and spearheading high-impact initiatives? We are seeking a dynamic Director of Strategy & M&A to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design and delivery of strategies, mergers and acquisitions, and initiatives that propel our business forward. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will shape corporate and business unit strategies, execute M&A transactions, and enhance operational and customer delivery outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead M&A Strategy and Execution:

  • Identify, evaluate, and execute merger and acquisition opportunities aligned with company objectives.

  • Conduct due diligence, develop financial models, and lead negotiations.

  • Collaborate on integration plans to achieve strategic and financial goals.

  • Build relationships with external partners, investment bankers, and industry experts.

• Drive Corporate and Business Unit Strategy:

  • Develop and articulate corporate strategies that align with company goals.

  • Conduct industry and market analyses to identify growth opportunities.

  • Collaborate with executive teams to prioritize and implement strategic initiatives.

• Special Projects and Reporting:

  • Own and drive strategic initiatives and special projects assigned by the CEO and CFO.

  • Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to support Board and executive-level decision-making.

  • Coordinate and enhance Board reporting to increase visibility and accountability around business metrics.

• Stakeholder Engagement and Leadership:

  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their potential.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven track record in executing mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.

• Background in investment banking, management consulting, or similar advisory roles.

• Experience in cross-functional team collaboration and corporate strategy development.

• Demonstrated ability to make strategic decisions and solve complex business problems.
