About the Role:


We’re seeking a strategic and creative Senior Manager, Content to lead Aircall’s content marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy to engage our target audience, drive demand generation, and establish Aircall as a thought leader in the B2B SaaS space. You’ll partner closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to craft compelling narratives, create high-quality content, and amplify our brand voice across

channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Planning
  • Develop and implement a data-driven content strategy aligned with Aircall’s business goals and audience needs.
  • Conduct audience and competitor research to identify content gaps and opportunities.
  • Maintain and optimize an editorial calendar to ensure consistent delivery of high-impact content.

  • Content Creation & Management
  • Produce and manage a variety of content formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, eBooks, webinars, and videos.
  • Oversee the entire content lifecycle from ideation to production, publication, and performance tracking
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and external writers to ensure accuracy and thought leadership.

  • SEO & Performance Optimization
  • Optimize content for search engines to increase organic visibility and traffic.
  • Measure and analyze content performance to refine strategies and improve ROI.
  • Leverage tools like HockeyStack and Google Analytics to inform decisions.

  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
  • Partner with the Demand Generation team to create content that supports global campaigns to drive demand.
  • Align with the Product Marketing team to develop messaging that highlights Aircall’s value propositions.
  • Work with the Brand and Design teams to ensure all content aligns with Aircall’s visual identity and tone of voice.

  • Leadership & Innovation
  • Stay ahead of content marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on content best practices.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute content strategies that drive business outcomes.
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with a knack for simplifying complex ideas.
  • Hands-on experience with SEO and content performance tools (e.g., HockeyStack and Google Analytics).
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in producing multimedia content (e.g., videos, webinars).
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer’s journey and sales funnel.
