About the Role:

Lattice is seeking a Senior Manager, Communications to lead our global communication strategy. This role will be responsible for ensuring that Lattice’s message is clearly and consistently conveyed to all stakeholders, including employees, customers, investors, and the media. You will drive the development and execution of communications that reinforce Lattice’s brand and corporate narrative while fostering alignment between internal and external messaging. 

What You Will Do:

Internal Communications

  • Lead and implement the company’s internal communications strategy to engage employees and promote a cohesive company culture. 
  • Develop communication programs that drive employee engagement, including executive messaging, town halls, and company-wide updates. 
  • Work closely with the HR, Product, and Operations teams to communicate changes, updates, and strategic initiatives to employees. 
  • Build and manage an internal content calendar, ensuring timely and effective communication across teams. 
  • Foster a feedback culture by establishing two-way communication channels that allow employees to voice concerns and offer suggestions. 

External Communications

  • Develop and execute an external communications strategy that enhances Lattice’s brand presence in the market. 
  • Manage relationships with media outlets, pitching stories, handling press inquiries, and generating earned media coverage. 
  • Oversee the creation of press releases, media kits, thought leadership articles, and other external-facing content. 
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies, product announcements, and industry positioning. 
  • Partner with Finance and Legal teams to manage communications around financial reports, business milestones, and sensitive corporate matters. 

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • 7+ years of experience in communications, public relations, or a related field and experience in a leadership role. 
  • Proven track record of leading both internal and external communication strategies for high-growth organizations. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences. 
  • Experience managing media relations and serving as a company spokesperson. 
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and mentor a high-performing communications team. 
  • Ability to navigate complex situations with discretion and sound judgment, especially in crisis management. 
  • Experience in technology, SaaS, or B2B industries preferred. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strategic thinker with a creative approach to problem-solving and storytelling. 
  • High emotional intelligence, with the ability to connect with employees, customers, and external stakeholders. 
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • A proactive approach to communication challenges with a focus on solutions.

The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $127,000.00 - $158,500.00. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.
