Are you a multifaceted leader with a passion for client services and project management?

Our company is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services (based in Basel Allschwil) who will be responsible for coordinating our project management team and ensuring that clinical supplies label projects are delivered on time.

You will be responsible for establishing and implementing efficient processes to exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Leadership & Accountability: Hold your team accountable for their performance, ensuring they meet specified standards and deliver outstanding results.
  • Training & Development: Develop and implement comprehensive training plans tailored to growth and improvement. Provide individual training for new team members and keep the team updated on new and revised procedures.
  • Resource Management: Identify resource needs, hire, train, evaluate, and set goals for direct reports. Lead annual employee development initiatives, including mid-year and year-end evaluations.
  • Client Engagement: Connect with internal and external customers to lead job timelines and ensure client happiness.
  • Technical Mastery: Demonstrate expertise in all technical and service aspects of projects. Recommend solutions that exceed customer expectations while considering internal capabilities.
  • Collaboration: Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with internal departments and sister sites.
  • Problem-Solving: Exhibit sound problem-solving skills, exercise good judgment, and coordinate investigations of internal incidents and customer complaints.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Prepare reports, assign responsibilities for corrective and preventive measures, and report relevant critical metrics to management.
  • Follow all relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), client protocols, and quality criteria to ensure safe and efficient activities in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • Core Values: Model and promote the company’s core values (Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement) and incorporate Process Performance Improvement (PPI) into daily work.

Qualifications:

  • Professional degree, preferably in a health-related field or customer service.
  • 2+ years of experience managing a team of 5+ in a client services environment.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other personal computer applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Excellent interpersonal, planning, verbal, written, and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze and define solutions and lead multiple tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proven track record to develop strong client services skills, proactively anticipating and responding to client needs to go above and beyond.
