Title: Senior Manager, Campaign Management

Salary Range: $75,000.00- $90,000.00 OTE (On Target Earning)
The Opportunity
The Senior Campaign Manager is a member of the campaign management team, which provides services to our clients and ad sales through campaign management, delivery management, performance optimizations, creative troubleshooting, and programmatic channel management. The Senior Manager of Campaign Management role is to provide experienced oversight, guidance and action to every project assigned. A strong candidate for this position will have the knowledge and experience to connect different advertising technology platforms, be creative and to think outside the box. As someone who will review ad serving logic for programmatic, and mobile web, you will be leaned on as an internal expert to work across the company along with external clients when necessary.
The Daily To-Do
- Drive existing team members to strive for perfection and excellence in their respective
- position while always empowering for personal and professional growth
- Lead by example, being able to easily move from strategic/effective work
- Accurate campaign setup and on-time launch; maintain proper budgeting within ad
- servers to limit leakage or over-run revenue
- Enforce processes & procedures to guide best in class performance management across the team
- Assist in onboarding and train new hires
- Own pacing & delivery oversight across your team, focusing on improving under-pacing campaigns and driving towards delivery in full
- Assign and Manage campaign workload
- Display expert knowledge of DFP, 3rd party ad servers, etc., and various creative tags and tracking pixels
- Act as first point of escalation for any troubleshooting needs, further escalating to
- Technical Operations team according to established process
Qualifications
- BA/BS preferred
- 4+ years of online advertising experience
- 2+ client-facing experience
- Excellent communication skills, proven ability to establish, grow and maintain relationships
- Effective time management skills – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Comfort with fast-paced, dynamic working environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with Third Party Ad Serving platforms/Rich Media providers (DFP, DCM/DFA, Sizmek, Moat, Atlas, DV and IAS etc.) is required
- Experience is DMP platforms such as Oracle Bluekai, Nielsen, Krux and/or Lotame
- High level proficiency in Excel; Knowledge in HTML, G-Suite, Google Analytics
- Must demonstrate customer service aptitude with both internal and external contacts
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks; ability to prioritize responsibilities; excellent time management; ability to work under tight deadlines and under pressure
- Teamwork, interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills, and customer service attitude is a must
- Solid understanding of programmatic operations (header bidding, PMP, PG, AG, Server to Server, etc)
