Position Responsibilities:

  • Formulate, plan and execute business strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s business direction

  • Manage business plan and budgeting, performance monitoring and identify areas for business opportunities and improvements

  • Collaborate closely with various internal stakeholders to design and implement product compensation to support the Bank partners to capture more business opportunities

  • Design new business development campaign / program to drive specific business focus

  • Work cross-channels and technology teams to ensure the timely and quality release of programs

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in Business, Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or related disciplines and at least 7 years of experience in sales analysis / MIS reporting roles, preferably with Insurance and/ or Banking sector

  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to build effective business relationships with key stakeholders

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously within set deadlines 

  • Strong commercial sense, good analytical mind and system project skills.

  • Proficient in using Excel, VBA and other statistical tools.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager position.
