**This is a temporary position with a duration of approximately 8 months based on business needs. **
Core Responsibilities

Weekly trading reactivity and support to achieve clear monthly sales and target traffic plans for digital performance levers for AMS, connecting regional trading, analytics and marketing teams.

Continue progressing our established Affiliate Program in AMS across US, Canada and Mexico.

People leadership supporting the Associate Manager – AMS Paid Media role.

Create key principles for success in rolling out global digital marketing strategy, by layering in localization and personalization to drive up effectiveness.

Educate and support broader marketing and effectiveness teams on performance marketing levers, while coordinating across global and regional marketing calendar activations.

Monitor and accelerate AMS growth based on ecommerce sales and profit performance quarterly, creating a formula for success alongside Head of Global Performance Marketing.

Act as the primary interface of our team across colleagues in our external AMS Marketing Group as well as Trade Marketing and Ecommerce teams.

Working within our branded ecosystem, this role will be strongly tied to digital performance metrics across clear KPIs that support not only the online business, but the wider LEGO Group. Further, with LEGO.com’s unique position as a brand lighthouse, this role will be especially focused on building brand engagement, and ultimately finding innovative ways to deliver incremental visitors and shoppers into the LEGO world – with a keen eye on data and insights.
Do you have what it takes?

Solid digital marketing experience, ideally with hands-on experience in specific digital levers including SEM, display and affiliate marketing.

Incredibly structured and organized approach to performance data; proficient levels in excel and analytics.

Thorough knowledge of key affiliate platforms and networks, preferably Rakuten Advertising experience as an advertiser or publisher.

Proven history of collaboration across various departments and topics, able to clearly articulate upside potential and downside risk in any approach, and focused on outcomes.

Budgeting experience across digital channels, with general knowledge of basic finance principles.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced team, and excited by problem-solving complex challenges, becoming a change lead, and approach obstacles pragmatically.

Hands-on affiliate marketing experience as a publisher, advertiser or affiliate network account lead preferred.

Adobe Analytics and Ad Cloud experience preferred.

Social media marketing experience, a plus!

The salary for this position has a range of $139,600 - $209,500 USD based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
