Job Description
Managed Service Consultants are responsible for discovering and realising ongoing success criteria for Sprinklr clients. MS consultant will work on delivering the Sprinklr platform configuration to fit client's business needs based on the global best practices. During the MS delivery, consultant will work closely with internal team, including Success Manager, Sales and Enablement consultant and product support to ensure the client's success.
What Are Your Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize configuration of onboarded Sprinklr clients, to ensure their continued success with the Sprinklr platform
• Identify platform gaps, and optimization opportunities; designing and configuring the appropriate solution, so that client expectations regarding platform use cases and functionality are fulfilled
• Maintain platform relevancy according to changes business needs
• Ensure that all client users are trained, educated, and up to date on platform use, best practices, and functionality
• Provide oversight on any additional enablement of the software deployment to be in line with current architecture and future client needs or business requirements
• Ensure that every client derives the most value possible from the Sprinklr platform
• Assist the Sales and Success teams in providing insight to client health, and working to win new business and/or grow existing accounts
• Support our Services leaders to ensure optimal client service as it relates to platform performance, functionality, enhancements, and configuration
• Embody The Sprinklr Way and become an ambassador of Sprinklr
What does success look like:
• Contributing to our 90% retention goal by delivering continuous product expertise support and use cases
• Securing a minimum of 8 out of 10 CHI score per customer
• Achieving a 85% of billable utilization
Desired Skills and Experience
• 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software, digital, or social account management or implementation
• Experience using or configuring Social Media Management and / or Content Management tools and software is preferred
• Fluency in social media platforms and direct experience working with or for social media management software
• Strong Korean written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as a team
• Experience working under several assignments simultaneously
• Tracking against hard or soft KPIs for performance measurement
• Excellent skill with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Native Korean Speaker, Business level English
• 4-year college degree
