Genex Systems is looking for a Senior Logistics Analyst, Analysis Division supporting Commander Naval Air Forces, Atlantic, Aviation Maintenance Readiness Officer (N423). The Analyst is responsible for developing Naval Aviation Enterprise Logistics briefs for Command-Level audience, conducting statistical data analysis, identifying maintenance and failure trends, and providing concise, accurate, timely datasets to NAE decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the generation of Daily AMCR production reports and briefs in support of daily CNAL N423 Readiness briefing. Analyze, develop, and manage detailed requirements documentation. Develop daily readiness reports, including use cases, detailed functional requirements, detailed design specifications, Test cases, and User manual.
- Research and investigate new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations.
Conduct routine administrative maintenance of the Aircraft Maintenance Supply Readiness Reporting (AMSRR) and Defense Readiness Reporting System Navy (DRRS-N) report databases based on Fleet Readiness Training Program cycle standards. Manage 185 Naval Aviation Units fleet-wide for daily readiness reporting accuracy. Prepare and present oral and written briefings on unit status trends and readiness for the Command. - Conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis using Decision Knowledge Programming for Logistics Analysis and Technical Evaluation (DECKPLATE) for Commander, Naval Air Force Atlantic (CNAL).
- Provide Quality Assurance oversight for Analysis Division deliverables by applying a repeatable quality strategy.
- Primary input for software upgrades and database modifications to logistical database tools (as directed). Initiate, plan, direct, and conduct comprehensive studies and reviews of maintenance, logistics, and business information systems applications as they relate to Navy-wide maintenance systems; Identify potential problem areas, trends, processes, procedures, and efficiencies of logistics and business information
systems applications. - Ensure the adequate training of supported Readiness Officers in the use of logistics of available readiness tools by sharing the knowledge of analysis techniques.
- Compile and evaluate annual maintenance data; provide accurate, timely datasets/reports to N423A and senior CNAL stakeholders to support rapid decision-making.
- Collect and collate appropriate maintenance data supporting CNAL Blue and Black “E” competition.

- Disseminates daily reports fleet-wide using AMSRR program and updates AMSRR program with current Navy configuration and deployments
- Prepares deliverables in the form of graphs, and slide presentations for various echelon staff personnel
- Provides root cause analysis and recommendations in response to current readiness metrics
- Develops solutions and provides recommendations for AMSRR system enhancements
