Location: Remote role. Targeting individuals living in the Mountain or Pacific Time Zones (given time zone of this customer segment)

Responsibilities

  • The Sr. Logistics Analyst, Customer Success supports the activities that best ensure an exceptional customer experience.
  • The main function of this team is to assist with transportation related projects that help to deliver results aligned with service, retention and growth goals for healthcare systems and related organizations.
  • Support of the OptiFreight Logistics organization around service goals, customer growth and retention strategies
  • Collaborate with Carrier Relations and OptiFreight’s primary carriers to ensure adequate service capabilities and SLA performance standards are meeting or exceeding customer expectations
  • Participate in the alignment of the OptiFreight Logistics and frontline carrier representatives to help optimize the healthcare customer experience
  • Monitor business metrics and KPIs to help report the effectiveness of team activities and service quality; review and measure customer-oriented service level targets
  • Assist Sales Team Members on customer projects within their markets; ensure successful and timely resolution of all escalated issues
  • Help to qualify and vet opportunities and work with teams to implement transportation solutions that result in growth
  • Stay informed of the changing healthcare landscape, logistics innovations, and supply chain trends to maintain an understanding of the customer experience
  • Assist with customer inquiries to maintain high levels of service experience
  • Participate in training and education with sales team members
  • Identify possible problems and proactively resolves service issues by working with customers, transportation service providers, and internal stakeholders
  • Work effectively with other cross-functional teams to serve customers and achieve company objectives
  • Help with other activities and requests as assigned, following through in a timely manner

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field preferred
  • 2+ years of small parcel experience required
  • National small parcel carrier experience preferred
  • 2 – 4 years of previous experience in roles such as Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, Transportation OR Logistics preferred.
  • Background and knowledge of parcel carriers, transportation, or logistics preferred.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills, and a person who can balance good listening skills with the assertiveness to accomplish deliverables.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with sales, marketing, operations, enterprise information technology, etc. to support both functional and business goals.
  • Data analytics experience with Excel proficiency preferred.

Anticipated salary range: $79,300 - $113,200
