【Your Key Responsibilities】
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Support the Taiwan and Hong Kong Legal and Compliance Function through project managing the design and delivery of high-quality and impactful support throughout the organization. Provide project management and administrative in support of various programs.
【What you’ll bring to the role】
- Under leadership of Head of Legal & Compliance in close co-ordination with the other function team members & representatives from other Corporate and Business Functions in country or globally.
- Support the management and update of tools/system and supporting materials related to compliance, contract management, External Professional Interactions, Third Party Risk, Management (TPRM), and Sandoz Emergency Management (SEM) / Business Continuity Management (BCM), etc.
- Support trainings and implementation of SOP, framework and policies owned by Legal & Compliance, e.g., External Professional Interactions, Anti-Bribery, Anti-Trust, Contract Management, Data Privacy, Conflict of Interest, etc.
- Support development and implementation of e-Training curriculum for Existing Associates and New Hires & co-ordinate and drive execution of roll-out plans with Training Delivery Platform Operator.
- Support audit and self-assessment/monitoring activities.
- Support records management and archiving for contracts and corporate documents.
- Act as contact for Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) – Acquire relevant trainings and certificate; execute the reporting process.
- Project management and administrative support: Support respective project lead in all relevant project management disciplines, e.g. scoping and planning, communication, progress reporting and budgeting.
- Provide other operational support to Legal & Compliance Function upon request.
【Desirable Requirements】
- Bachelor’s degree or above (preferable in law)
- 3 - 5 years legal or compliance working experience required, preferred in healthcare/pharmaceutical sectors.
- Good Project Management, Operations Management and Execution.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in Chinese and English; together with a high ability to influence and negotiate.
- Proven ability to deal positively when working within tight time pressures & demanding stakeholders.
- Sound experience in handling a high volume of activity involving multiple, often complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate professional & culturally sensitive work ethic.
