This role can be based in various offices, on a hybrid basis. This role reports to the Applications Support Manager.
Position Summary
The Senior Legal Apps Systems Analyst supports and maintains GT’s legal software systems, with a primary focus on Intapp Time and other Intapp products. The position may periodically develop and maintain Intapp Integrator rules, ad-hoc queries and custom reports using Intapp's databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Provides expert level support and development for Intapp Time and Time Capture
- Develops, supports, and maintains Intapp Integrator rules
- Modifies Intapp OPEN forms and workflows
- Troubleshoots Intapp Time issues, including synchronization
- Troubleshoots Intapp OPEN issues
- Provides support for ancillary systems that integrate with other systems at GT, including Aderant, FileTrail ,HighQ and other applications
- Provides data for ad hoc requests from other teams
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to manage simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Willingness to meet the needs of a 24x7 environment by participating in on-call support rotation
Education & Prior Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science or related field
- Minimum 4 years’ experience supporting and customizing Intapp systems
- In-depth and broad understanding of and experience supporting applications and databases
Technology
- Proficiency with Windows-based software and Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required
- Expert level knowledge of Intapp Time and Time Capture and financial system database structures
- Strong understanding and experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and .NET development a plus
The expected pay range for this position is:
$115,000 - $135,000 per year
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
