Position Overview: As the Senior Learning and Organizational Development Partner, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and engaging onboarding experience for new employees at Apex. Reporting to the Director of Learning and Culture, you will manage the Learning Management System (LMS), onboarding training/processes, and technical systems used to deploy learning programs. This role requires a technically savvy individual with experience in Articulate, Rise 360, Workday Learning, and Lessonly/Seismic LMS.

In addition to onboarding, you will be responsible for developing and managing programs that support employee engagement, growth, and development. You will oversee the planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of these programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Global Onboarding and Training: Conduct engaging onboarding training sessions to welcome and integrate new employees into the company culture.

  • Program Management: Develop and manage programs that support employee engagement, growth, and development.

  • LMS Management: Oversee the Learning Management System, ensuring it is effectively utilized for training and development purposes.

  • Technical Expertise: Utilize Articulate, Rise 360, Workday Learning, and Lessonly/Seismic LMS to create and deploy training programs.

  • Collaboration: Work with organizational units and internal/external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design training programs aligned with competencies and strategic learning opportunities.

  • Project Management: Plan, execute, monitor, and control learning programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

  • Change Management: Conduct Change Impact and Readiness assessments, develop and execute change management activities to support organizational transitions.

  • Communication: Provide regular updates to the Director of Learning and Culture, ensuring transparency and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Administrative Tasks: Schedule classes, set up systems and equipment, and coordinate enrollment.

  • Metrics and Reporting: Track ROI and report on key training metrics to determine the effectiveness of training and development programs.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in the Learning and Development industry.

  • Experience with change management and organizational effectiveness.

  • Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in designing learning programs based on business needs.

  • Proficiency in course development software and at least one Learning Management System.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong lesson and curriculum planning skills.

  • Ability to manage and drive change that results in positive impact.

  • Self-starter with a tenacious, can-do attitude.

  • Ability to manage multiple and shifting priorities in a fast-paced and challenging environment.

  • Excellent presentation and training delivery skills

Salary Range

$82,000-$102,500

The annual base salary range for this position is noted above. Exact compensation offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and office location.
