In this pivotal role, you will oversee the architecture, design, and development of our core software platform. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of software solutions in alignment with business goals.
- Manage and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a culture of best practices and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and timelines.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and tools to enhance the development process.
- Participate in architecture discussions and make technical decisions that drive the scalability and sustainability of products.
- Facilitate code reviews and technical discussions to encourage knowledge sharing and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Proven experience as a Software Engineer with a strong background in software development and architecture.
- Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior engineers.
- Proficiency in programming languages relevant to our technology stack, such as Kotlin, Java, Python, or TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum.
- Experience with cloud technologies and architectures (e.g., AWS, GCP).
- Knowledge of database management and API design.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
