S/4HANA Finance Architect | hybrid | Guararema | Campinas
This role is a project-based transformation role and has a current expected end date of ‘31st December 2026’. As we move closer to ‘31st December 2026’ we will work with you to explore other opportunities for employment within the Mars family of companies. If a suitable alternative role is not available at that time, your employment will end.
This role will be responsible for the IT design and build of the shared functions integrations in the ERP, required for the overarching development of S/4 template for Mars Snacking, work that underpins the global Digital Core transformation for Mars Snacking and its interfaces with other corporate digital core edge platforms (e.g: Planning, PLM, CRM, etc).
The S/4HANA Finance Architect lead will work closely to the D30 process leads and ensure the SAP S/4 ERP Mars Snacking shared edge systems have their processes reviewed and integrations requirements follow proper guidelines while being developed.

Proven technical knowledge of large scale / global ERP environments.

Proven previous experience leading ERP implementations at large scale CPG/pharma companies.

5+ years leading X-Functional Finance or HR domains in implementations.

Experience with Tier 1 extended partners.

Experience in Dev/Ops tooling and capabilities.

Stakeholder relationship skills, having worked directly with senior IT leadership teams.
What will be your key responsibilities?

Lead a team of Solution Architects.

Partner with Enterprise Technologies, Global Digital Operations, Petcare and Food Digital Core teams to secure fit-for-purpose design of the enterprise and Mars Wrigley SAP S/4 ERP platforms.

Collaborate with other digital core leaders in Mars Snacking (R&D, Commercial, Planning, Data, Architecture) to ensure effective integration between ERP and Edge systems.

Oversight of the implementation of SAP S/4 ERP for the lead market in conjunction with the peer teams within Mars Snacking CoE.

Participate and facilitate workshops to gather functional and technical requirements; analyze complex scenarios and business processes and support the team to translate the requirements into specifications.

Lead solution, design and build, ensuring compliance with data governance and security policies, especially related to sensitive HR and financial data over S/4 template of Mars Snacking.

Partner with the Mars Snacking process team to ensure the functional requirements are well documented and converted in IT requirements.

Support the Mars Snacking deployment team in implementing the solution on a large scale.
