Please note: The position will be based in our Sales office in Grasbrunn and will operate on a hybrid working model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Relocation support is not offered.

Core Responsibilities  

  • Manage and develop a strategic key account, ensuring revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and successful implementation of tailored e-commerce strategies.

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3 employees, ensuring performance alignment, skill enhancement, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture.

  • Deliver best-in-class account sales planning, with a focus on planning accuracy and ambitious planning through relevant e-com activities throughout the year.

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behaviors to find opportunities, address challenges, and continuously improve account performance.

  • Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key account stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnership success.

  • Supervise the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, pricing models, and promotional activities to optimize visibility and sales across e-commerce channels.

  • Lead negotiations for key contracts and agreements with e-commerce partners, ensuring terms align with company objectives and promote mutual growth.

  • Identification of white space opportunities and development of strategies to unlock identified potentials.

  • Coordinate with internal teams such as logistics, marketing, and customer development to ensure smooth operations and the effective execution of account strategies.

The Europe Central (EUC) e-commerce department is a critical driver of the company’s growth strategy, focused on harnessing the full potential of digital sales channels while aligning them with traditional retail efforts. By managing strategic e-commerce partnerships and leveraging data-driven insights, the team ensures maximum revenue generation and brand visibility across all online touchpoints. This department plays a pivotal role in accelerating digital transformation, staying ahead of market trends, and delivering a seamless, customer-centric experience that strengthens the brand's presence in the dynamic world of e-commerce. 
 
In the role you’ll be reporting into the e-com Director EUC and will play a critical role in supporting our omni-channel vision by managing a key customer account, ensuring alignment between online and offline strategies, leading a high-performing team and representing the e-com channel when needed in leadership meetings. Through close collaboration with cross-functional teams, this role helps bridge e-commerce initiatives with broader organizational goals, driving sales, enhancing customer engagement, and solidifying the company’s position as a market leader in both digital and physical retail environments. 

Do you have what it takes  

  • Several years of experience in managing major e-commerce accounts with demonstrated success in driving sales and profitability. 

  • Proven experience in leading and developing teams successfully, with a demonstrated ability to inspire, mentor, and drive high performance in a dynamic environment.

  • Proven experience in account sales planning, Excel proficiency, a strong track record of driving account growth, and the ability to mentor and lead teams to achieve high planning accuracy while consistently pursuing ambitious goals.

  • Expertise in analyzing sales performance, market trends, and customer data to inform strategic decisions and optimize outcomes.

  • Ability to align e-commerce initiatives with broader omni-channel goals to create a seamless customer experience and drive cross-channel growth.

  • Strong track record of negotiating favorable terms and maintaining productive relationships with key account customers.

  • Experience working with e-commerce platforms, performance analytics tools, and digital marketing software.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and effectively communicate strategies, goals, and performance updates to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Fluent German and English language skills.
