The Jira Senior Consultant is responsible for cloud administration, configuration, and management of the Jira platform. This role focuses on ensuring Jira is optimized for efficient project management and collaboration and provides support for other IT services such as Active Directory, laptop support, and Microsoft 365.
As Jira Senior Consultant, you will:

Be responsible for cloud administration for all Atlassian products, including Jira, Confluence, and Jira Service Management (JSM).

Customizing and configuring Jira Service Desk projects, encompassing request types, screens, permissions, workflows for agents and customers, and portals. This includes icon logo branding, workflow customizations, SLA, automation, and more.

Efficiently integrating Jira/Confluence with Active Directory.

Creating and managing Jira reports and dashboards.

Setting up Confluence spaces, templates, file lists, and space permissions.

Troubleshoot and resolve Jira-related issues and support users with best practices and technical guidance.

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and filters for efficient tracking of project progress.

Perform system upgrades and ensure Jira integrates effectively with other tools.
Active Directory Support

Creation and maintenance of user-profiles and account management

User account management within the active directory

Troubleshoot active directory issues
Laptop Support

Support basic laptop setup, troubleshooting and maintenance

Resolves IT support requests from employees
Microsoft 365 Support

Support users with MS 365 issues

Provide user account setup and administration
Qualifications
Education: Degree in computer science or any related field
Required Experience with:

SharePoint

Microsoft 365

Active Directory/Entra ID

End User support (Particularly troubleshooting laptops)

Familiarity with confluence, JIRA Software, and JIRA Service Desk.
