Java Technical Lead Engineer:

Skills/Experience:

Candidate needs to be hands-on full-stack engineer demonstrating a deep understanding of back-end and front end development with below skills.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or equivalent engineering with work experience between 6-10 years of professional IT experience.
• Hands on skills in building multi-tier web application using Java/Kotlin and TypeScript languages.
• Deep understanding of Java /Kotlin based frameworks like Spring Boot ,ORM etc. And Angular for front end.
• Working experience of messaging, DMN or BPMN frameworks.
• Working knowledge about SQL RDMS. And good to have No SQL database.
• Proficient in TDD (test driven development in both front end and back end development)
• Working knowledge of OAuth/Open ID Auth frameworks.
• Experience with continuous integration system like Azure ADO, TeamCity, Github etc.
• Has exposure and experience with minimum 6 years in areas of implementing or iterating enterprise kind software system.
• Hands on experience of unit and test automation frameworks
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience of mentoring and guiding junior team members. Also aspiring to grow career in technical path.
• Knowledge about Micro service and cloud development (azure) and good in building reusable software components .
• Experience with SAFe or lean agile is plus.
• Knowledge of healthcare software and standards like HL7 and FHIR will be an added advantage. Experience of oncology or practice management software will be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based microservices and hybrid cloud applications using industry best practices.
• Drive the design for features and components of product and collaborate with Architect team for evolution of overall application Architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design specifications, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and enhance existing applications for improved performance and scalability.
• Implement robust and secure APIs for seamless integration with front-end applications and other back-end services.
• Write and maintain comprehensive documentation for developed software and architecture.
• Participate in code reviews & provide constructive feedback to peers. Mentor and guide junior team members.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in Java, microservices, hybrid cloud and AI development to drive innovation and continuous improvement.
