What you get to do:

Ensuring timely onboarding and offboarding of employees, working with HR and the manager to ensure employees have everything they need to perform their job responsibilities.

Administer application software with business leads.

Create automations and integrations to improve consistency and build operational capacity for the business by leveraging tools like Okta Workflows to automate tasks and processes and reduce operational workload.

Provide technical assistance, support, and troubleshooting in a professional and timely manner via the IT helpdesk.

Document processes both for the IT department and company at large.

Work with procurement on software purchases.

Manage hardware purchasing process with external vendors.
-
Upgrading, installing, and configuring new hardware and software to meet company needs.

Creating user accounts and performing access control for our SaaS tools.

IT asset management (asset tracking, MDM, etc.).

Maintaining security protocols and procedures.
-
Keeping up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.

Manage onsite AV in the NYC office.
What you bring to the role:

5+ years of experience in IT in a senior support role (or equivalent).

Extensive experience with managing hardware, software, and related technologies.

Solid knowledge of best practices in IT Systems.

Strong documentation and user training skills.

Proven ability to manage projects and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for driving technical projects.

Ability to execute tasks independently.

Experience with common SaaS tools such as Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, etc…

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $125,000 - $165,000, along with an equity component. This range is merely an estimate, and the width of the range reflects willingness to consider candidates with differing prior seniority. Actual compensation may deviate from this range based on skills, experience, and qualifications.
