Description:
We are seeking a talented individual to join our IT Technical Support team at Marsh, Denmark. This role will be based in Copenhagen. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As Senior IT Support Analyst you are on-site support to all our great colleagues and based in our modern facilities in Nordhavn. You will report to the Manager of the IT Support Team located in Sweden.

Cutting-edge Technology: Work with a wide range of systems and applications, including Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, MoveWorks, Nexthink, Zoom and other Cloud based Technologies to support our local, Nordic, and global operations.
Collaborative Environment: Join forces with our Nordic teams to provide exceptional IT support to our local users in Denmark, ensuring smooth operations and seamless user experiences.
Diverse Responsibilities: From provisioning and maintaining workstations to managing mobile phones, you'll have a diverse range of tasks that keep you engaged and challenged.
Technical Excellence: Participate in technical operations and troubleshooting, leveraging your broad IT knowledge and familiarity with ITIL processes to deliver top-notch solutions.
Service-Oriented Mindset: As a customer-centric professional, you'll excel in communicating with users, providing timely assistance, and maintaining a calm and focused approach even in high-pressure situations.
We will rely on you to:
- On-site support to our local colleagues in Denmark, primarily in Nordhavn but also our Aarhus office
- On- and off boarding of colleagues
- Prepare / maintain PC workstations.
- Administer and prepare mobile devices.
- Maintenance and operation of copy/print, local backup, and other operating systems
- Participate in technical operational tasks, including troubleshooting.
- Work with our Service Desk and asset management systems.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc tasks as and when required.
What you need to have:
- Speaks and understands English at a high level and can communicate in the Nordic languages
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role in an international organisation
- Solid knowledge of software and hardware
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft environment in general
- Knowledge of standard operating systems such as Windows 10
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
- Knowledge of Copiers, printers, and AV equipment
- Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
- Solid interpersonal skills and service mindset
- Pragmatic, robust and solution orientated personality
