Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive large Information Technology initiatives and will be directly responsible for key deliverables within each project.
- Effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, including executive leadership
- Deliver projects on time and within budget; and facilitate the intake process for new large initiatives for the IT Department.
- Work with the Information Technology teams and participate in continuous improvement of methodologies
- Manage resources including 3rd parties
- Ability to drive project recovery
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience
- At least 6 years of recent experience managing large enterprise initiatives within a PMO (Project Management Office)
- Current and valid certification is required in at least one of the following: PMP®, PgMP®, PfMP®, CAPM®, Prince2, Six Sigma (any level)
- Experience in managing projects using both waterfall and Agile methodologies is required; it’s a plus for experience in using SAFe
- Experience in Retail and/or Supply Chain in Consumer Product Goods industry
- Experience in leading and managing IT requirements and processes
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Thrives on knowledge sharing through supportive communication
- Preferred experience with ERP (SAP), CRM (Salesforce, and eCommerce (Commerce Cloud)
- Preferred experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Position is based in Austin, TX at our headquarters off Southwest Parkway. If you are not local, you must be willing to relocate.
- Position is onsite Monday-Thursday, with Friday’s remote.
