Job Description

We're looking for Senior IT Analyst for a project in financial services.

Responsibilities

• Collaboration with business and IT stakeholders to create, refine and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
• Ensure alignment and transparency of requirements by acting as a bridge builder between business and IT.
• Extract, analyze, visualize and interpret data from various sources.

Qualifications

• Good experience in a similar role, with responsibilities as a Senior IT Analyst;
• Evaluate, improve, and maintain IT systems to enhance efficiency and business processes;
• Provide advanced support, diagnose issues, and implement solutions for complex IT problems;
• Lead or contribute to IT projects, ensuring timely delivery, resource management, and stakeholder communication;
• Ensure IT systems adhere to security protocols, data protection policies, and industry regulations;
• Work with teams across departments to align IT solutions with business goals;
• Guide junior analysts, provide technical training, and share best practices within the organization;
• Proficiency in English language on a B2+ level.

Additional Information

• Work model: Hybrid from Warsaw/Łódź/Tricity (possibility to choose)
• Rate: up tp 125 PLN/h net + vat;
• Project length: 1+ year
