JOB TITLE: Senior Integrator
LOCATION: London
HOURS: Full time
About this opportunity
The purpose of the Senior Integrator is to coordinate large scale change that requires cross-cutting engagement across multiple Business Units, Functions and/or 3rd parties.
This role requires excellent knowledge of Investment Banking, Markets technology, Strategic Trade Flow products and Change capabilities associated with Markets.
The Senior Integrator sits at Platform or Business Unit-level, embedded within a platform for a given programme of work.
Role responsibilities include:
- Works with stakeholders across the Group to ensure that platform-, BU- or Group-wide initiatives, including legal and regulatory requirements, are appropriately prioritised across necessary product backlogs, on behalf of the PO for the initiative
- Leads a team of Integrators to coordinate complex integration
- Establishes pivotal integration points across Platforms and effectively communicates these integration points to relevant stakeholders
- Works with backlog owners across the Group to understand progress against delivery timelines
- Collaborates with Platform Leadership and Product Owners Team to plan and prioritise integration related tasks
- Proactively identifies critical risks to delivery and instigates recovery action with appropriate senior partners
- Is instrumental in addressing customer concerns and collaborates with platform leaders to resolve interlock challenges between platforms
- Manages suppliers (3rd Party), providing oversight and managing underperformance
- Leads complex and high-risk implementations requiring integration between multiple parties (internal/external) to ensure safe delivery"

What you'll need
- You'll need to be a Senior leader who can underpin the Senior Lead Integrator and drive strategic initiatives such as MMP, DC exits, Evergreening etc
- Implementing improvements and reducing overhead across the markets platform
- Combined reporting and management of reporting across the platform
- Financial management planning and execution
- Senior leader capable of building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Experienced in Cloud migrations across GCP, Azure and AWS
- Demonstrable track record of senior integration work across Capital Markets either at LBG or other financial institutions
- Excellent vendor management skills
- Strong Risk Management experience
