Role Overview:
We are looking for a System Integration Test Engineer with a focus on building automated regression testing of DSP and other Lidar functionalities in production as well as simulation platforms.
What you'll do
- Design and develop test frameworks for automated testing of Lidar functionalities in software as well as digital platforms
- Understand DSP algorithms running on the system and design stress tests to validate the design and implementation
- Develop detailed test plans and regression test suites to make sure new and existing functionalities work as expected.
- Participate in the team's development processes, including requirements and design documentation, test-plan generation and execution, peer design and code reviews, process feedback and improvements
What you have
- Bachelor’s or a master’s degree with an emphasis towards DSP, software or systems engineering
- 3+ years of experience in Python development, shell scripting and developing automation test frameworks
- Knowledge of working principles of signal processing, embedded software development and HW/SW interfaces
- Willingness to learn, ability to communicate well and demonstrate healthy drive and energy to deliver a high-quality product
Nice-to-have
- Experience working on DSP systems
- Experience with test-in-loop development (SIL/HIL)
- Knowledge of signal processing algorithms for radar/lidar/communication systems
- Experience developing in C/C++
