As a Senior Engineer, Integrations at Ridgeline, you will play a critical role in developing and delivering robust, scalable integrations that enable our investment management clients to operate seamlessly across the front, middle, and back office. You’ll join our Packaged Integrations team, partnering with engineers, product managers, and customer experience stakeholders to design and implement integrations that meet strategic business needs. In this role, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment that encourages creative thinking and values strong technical expertise. You'll use cutting-edge technologies, including AI tools like GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT, to accelerate development and innovation.

What will you do?
- Build robust and resilient integrations to support a wide range of business needs
- Partner closely with customer experience, product, and engineering teammates
- Engage in the entire development process, from requirements and design reviews through implementation and testing
- Evolve and enhance our deployment pipeline for integrations and supporting components
- Stay current with Ridgeline’s roadmap, release notes, and product updates to anticipate integration needs and leverage new platform capabilities
- Think creatively and critically to solve problems, identify opportunities, and deliver improvements across the integration lifecycle
- Contribute to a collaborative engineering culture rooted in learning, teaching, and transparency
Desired Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- 5+ years writing integration solutions with SaaS software
- Hands-on experience using REST APIs and other web services
- Proficiency performing ETL functions using data schemas, data transformations, and different data formats including JSON, XML, and CSV
- Proficiency writing code to accomplish integrations using Python, Java, Node, or other languages
- Experience working with IDEs such as PyCharm, Visual Studio Code, etc.
- Experience working with Version Control software such as GitHub, Bitbucket, SVN
- Experience with low code Integration-Platform-as-a-Service (Workato, Workday Studio, MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar)
- Ability to focus on short-term deliverables while maintaining a big-picture long term perspective
- Aptitude for learning new technologies and technical skills quickly
- Exemplary verbal and written communication and presentation skills
