The role:
As a Senior Integration Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:

Maintaining integration platform and ensuring it remains secure, scalable, and high-performing by monitoring key metrics, addressing technical debt, and enforcing development standards.

Designing, building, and implementing integration solutions across key projects, aligning with architectural standards and promoting best practices.

Identifying and promoting reusable integration components and patterns to improve efficiency and scalability across projects.

Managing technical debt through code reviews, standardization, and adoption of best practices to ensure high-quality, seamless data exchange.

Fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration within the team through active knowledge sharing and mentorship.

Mentoring and empowering team members by promoting accountability, self-direction, and high-quality delivery in integration work.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
-
4+ years of engineering experience with a strong focus on integration.
-
Strong expertise in Azure integration services and CI/CD practices; familiarity with SAP APIs is highly desirable.

Experience designing and implementing integration solutions in collaboration with business, engineering, and architecture teams.

Skilled in creating and maintaining integration standards, guardrails, and best practices to minimise technical debt and ensure platform quality.

Ability to define and manage analytics, error reporting, dashboards, and alerts to support effective API maintenance and platform monitoring.

Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
