The Senior Integrated Planner will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver best-in-class work, while also mentoring junior planners to enhance the team’s capabilities.

Job Description

  • Develops and leads integrated media strategies that align with client business objectives, combining digital, offline, and emerging media channels.
  • Serves as the key strategic partner for clients, understanding their goals, challenges, and market landscape to provide data-driven solutions.
  • Leads campaign planning, execution, and optimization across multiple media platforms, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Oversees performance analysis, identifying insights to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manages stakeholder relationships, acting as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and media vendors.
  • Identifies and implements new trends, innovations, and technologies to enhance media effectiveness.
  • Develops and presents strategic proposals and post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
  • Works closely with creative, data, and technology teams to develop and refine integrated marketing solutions.
  • Supports revenue growth initiatives, including media forecasting, budget allocation, and resource management.
  • Leads knowledge-sharing and training for junior planners to enhance team capabilities.

Requirements
Experience & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in media planning, preferably in an agency setting.
  • Strong knowledge of both digital and traditional media (SEM, Social, Display, TV, OOH, Print, etc.).
  • Experience in audience research, consumer insights, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) and media planning tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in Google Ads, Meta, or other digital platforms is a plus.
  • Experience with programmatic buying, tracking platforms, and attribution models is an advantage.
  • Leadership experience in mentoring or managing junior team members.
