Scope:

  • Primary Duties: Engage with stakeholders to define training objectives and scope, craft engaging and informative content including Instructor-Led Trainings (ILTs), eLearning modules, job aids, hands-on labs, assessments, and more. Oversee the deployment of training materials on Learning Management Systems (LMS) and assist in various training development tasks. Work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, collaborate effectively with team members, maintain clear communication with project leads and stakeholders, and apply instructional design principles and models to meet project specifications.

Tools you will be utilizing:

  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Captivate, HTML, and other relevant authoring tools to create and design training materials.

What you’ll do:

  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments and analyses in line with Blue Yonder's Go-To-Market strategy.
  • Utilize accepted industry-authoring tools to design and develop technical training materials that adhere to departmental standards across various formats. This includes crafting clear learning objectives, comprehensive courses, interactive hands-on exercises, and effective assessments.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to integrate expert feedback into training materials.
  • Design role-specific training and establish clear learning pathways for different audience segments.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion and adapt accordingly to changing priorities.
  • Align training strategies with the diverse needs of stakeholders, including associates, partners, and customers.
  • Adhere to Blue Yonder-approved design standards and templates for the development and delivery of all training curricula.
  • Review content and offer mentorship to team members as needed.
