Job Duties and Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Instructional Designer to support the creation of Retail Wireless training deliverables at our Littleton location. The team works closely with multiple business and operations stakeholders throughout project life cycles, and we're actively engaged in supporting our Retail Wireless business. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, and you will support the launch of new initiatives. When designing training, you'll align content with Retail Wireless business direction.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain a repository of training content, ensuring easy access and version control for trainers and learners
  • Design online, instructor-led, and blended training materials for individual courses and comprehensive curricula; including writing agendas, objectives, scripting, activities, and assessments
  • Write and deliver internal communications, ensuring clarity, concision, and alignment with key messaging for fast turnaround and accurate information
  • Develop courses using Rise 360, Articulate Storyline, Google Suite, Adobe InDesign, and other applications
  • Maintain existing curriculum materials by revising/editing content to ensure a quality end product

  • Demonstrates the ability to establish clear, actionable strategies and goals that align with organizational priorities, ensuring focused efforts and measurable outcomes
  • Skilled at tailoring and delivering clear, impactful messages across various communication channels, ensuring the intended message is understood and engages diverse audiences effectively
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to effectively apply them in the design and delivery of practical, engaging training programs
  • Ability to design, develop, and organize comprehensive training materials and programs, ensuring they align with organizational goals and learner needs; this includes creating lesson plans, assessments, eLearning modules, and instructional guides
  • Proficient in using various learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate), and multimedia resources to create interactive and engaging training content

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
