As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will develop training solutions that drive adoption of our security operations platform, GreyMatter. This role is responsible for creating, updating, and repurposing existing learning content to create world class training programs for our customers and employees. 

The everyday hustle:
•    Develops strategies and approaches for new learning programs to drive adoption of GreyMatter. 
•    Schedules and coordinates all trainings for customers including location, date/time, materials, and maintains accurate record keeping of attendance.
•    Designs and develops learning materials for learners including but not limited to, instructor-led training, videos, quizzes, and job-aids. 
•    Manages training requests and prioritizes them based on need and impact.
•    Works closely with product enablement to ensure training materials are up to date based on the product release schedule. 
•    Develops hands-on labs to perform during training.
•    Develops and maintains the certification program for trainers who conduct training. Awards digital badges upon completion of training to individuals based on predetermined criteria and drives adoption of the digital badges. 
•    Tracks and reports on the effectiveness of training programs as they relate to adoption and ROI and provides recommendations and owns/ drives to improving training based on feedback.

Do you have what it takes? 
•    Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Instructional design, Project Management, Organizational Development) master’s degree preferred. 
•    Experience in administration and organization of Learning Management Systems (Litmos, Allego).
•    Experience in using photo and video editing software to develop and create materials (Photoshop, Camtasia).
•    Experience in leveraging automation for narration of video content (Amazon Polly).
•    Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
•    Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
•    Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
