We are looking for a Senior Consumer & Commercial Insights Specialist to lead research initiatives, integrate AI-powered solutions, and transform insights into strategic business decisions across our House of Brands. How You'll Create Possibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to translate insights into strategies, innovation roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Optimize and automate research processes, enhancing speed, efficiency, and actionability of insights.
  • Collaborate with Digital Technology teams to integrate AI-driven research solutions and predictive models.
  • Lead custom research projects using qualitative and quantitative methodologies (e.g., segmentation, pricing studies, concept testing).
  • Guide business partners in leveraging AI-powered insights tools and methodologies.
  • Consult with Brand, Product Marketing, and Sales teams to turn consumer insights into actionable business recommendations.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.
  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Insights, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
  • Experience partnering with Brand Marketing and Product Design/Innovation teams.
  • Strong project management skills with experience handling complex, large-scale research initiatives.
  • Ability to present data-driven insights in a compelling, actionable way.
  • Experience working in a matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Previous experience driving a consumer-first mindset within an organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Exposure to AI-powered insights platforms (e.g., Qualtrics AI, Zappi, Brandwatch).
