Why be a Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive at ESPA?
As a world recognised leader in the Spa and Wellness industry, ESPA International are looking for a talented and highly experienced Social Media and Influencer Exec to join our Brand team. As part of our global team, you will be responsible for shaping our global social media strategy, managing influencer partnerships across different markets, and creating captivating content that resonates with audiences worldwide.
As a Senior Social Media & Influencer Executive, you'll:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to engage our diverse global audience and drive brand awareness.
- Cultivating and nurturing relationships with influencers and content creators in key markets to amplify our brand messaging and reach new audiences.
- Creating compelling and culturally relevant content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn and more.
- Monitoring and analysing social media performance metrics to optimise campaigns and drive engagement across different regions and channels.
- Staying informed on international social media trends and best practices to ensure our brand remains at the forefront of digital marketing.
- Supporting on all new openings and key properties globally with particular emphasis on ESPA Life, Branded, Managed and Audit accounts.
What Skills and Experience do I need?
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both influencers, professional industry experts and audiences on a global scale.
- Strong understanding and experience of social media platforms including an enhanced understanding of their features, algorithms, and best practice.
- Creative thinking and the ability to come up with innovative and engaging content to elevate ESPA brand positioning that resonates with the audiences.
- Building and maintaining relationships with influencers and other industry contacts.
- Ability to analyse data and metrics to track the success of campaigns and identify areas of improvement.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, while staying organized and meeting deadlines.
- Vast understanding of influencer marketing trends.
- Flexibility and adaptability to an every changing landscape.
- An unrivalled passion for wellness, spa is essential alongside that of a hunger for all things social media and influencer led.
