Whats's the Opportunity?
As an Immigration specialist with expertise in managing the entire immigration cycle and onboarding process, you will be tasked with ensuring a smooth and simplified employee experience through outstanding service and operational efficiency. Your duties will encompass various responsibilities such as overseeing the administration of international relocations, managing expenses, and addressing inquiries related to Global Mobility. It will be essential for you to adhere strictly to established processes and guidelines to support Global Mobility clients and partners, including the Customer Success Management (CSM) and sales teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer queries for the Immigration function.
- Manage end to end immigration and onboarding process
- Support Global Mobility lead of the program with project/Initiatives
- Review the regional/country level requirements with EOR partners and introduce changes accordingly
- Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations
- Generate reports and analytics related to the processes
- Maintaining visa status tracker
- Vendor management
- Client engagement
Key Skills and Competencies:
- 3+ years experience in Global Mobility including operations management
- Experience in managing end to end assignment life cycle for outbounds
- Working knowledge of immigration processes
- Strong ability in data management for analysis, advanced excel and strong organizational, communication, time management skills
- Has a client servicing focus and be a self-motivated and result-oriented individual
- Should have prior experience or needs to have the willingness to work in the EMEA time zone
