    • Serve as the subject matter expert for all immigration-related matters
  • Compliance & Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. and global immigration laws, mitigating risks to work authorization and permanent residency processes
    • Monitor legislative changes, assess their impact, and advise internal partners accordingly
    • Lead and coordinate DHS/ICE site inspections and maintain compliance with special work permits (e.g., DACA, TPS, Asylum)
    • Provide guidance to the HR Compliance Operations team on I-9 compliance, audits, and other regulatory reviews
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Maintain relationships with outside immigration counsel and legal vendors
    • Oversee a $3 million annual immigration-related legal budget and invoicing process
    • Provide training and guidance to Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers on immigration policies and procedures
  • Data, Reporting & Process Optimization
    • Generate immigration reports for HR, leadership, and executive teams
    • Develop scalable solutions to automate immigration tracking and processes using tools like ServiceNow, Power Automate, Power Query, Excel, and Smartsheet
    • Continuously assess and improve program efficiencies and compliance protocols

What you will need:
