We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Senior Voice Engineer to join our Unified Communications team.

For the Senior Voice Engineer position we expect you to:
- Be involved with the Voice & Collaboration systems’ implementation and/or maintenance services, as well as with the Telephony Networks’ investigation of topologies, functions, services, needs and their adaptation to the offered projects data
- Design, implement, integrate optimize and support of Unified Communications related technologies
- Provide consultation on new services/solutions, remote administration and maintenance and/or site surveys on customer networks
- Participate in the presales process in collaboration with other departments/ team members
- Create documentation and revise the deliverables for complicated/large -scale projects
- Ensure the resolution of issues in projects that have already been delivered and that time frames are met
- Conduct fault investigation in lab environment
- Coach and guide colleagues in technical related issues
Your experience, skillset and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward.
We would like you to have:
- University/College/Institute degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
- At least 5 years of prior experience in similar role and expertise in a set of the following areas will be required:
- PBX systems’ installation and maintenance. The following brands are mentioned [Cisco (Collaboration, UC & Video Conferencing Solutions, Nortel).
Indicatively:
- Cisco: CCNP Collaboration (CLCOR, CLACCM, CLCEI, CLAUI) – Collaboration Conferencing (CLCNF) – Webex Calling – Integration with MS Teams platforms.
- Yeastar: Business Phone Systems (S series & P series, including UC integrations)
- Avaya: from V14 and above
- Nortel: CS1K, Option 81/61/11
- Ideally, he/she will be also specialized at Media Distributed Data Networks, Data Center & Structured Cabling regarding Concept design & Preliminary studies, Project appraisals & Cost estimates, Full system design & Product Management Development.
- Efficiently skilled, in Voice Networks solutions architecture in relation with the optimal utilization of commercial agreements, IT & inside Network resources, in order to support, Sales, Pre/After-Sales, PM, B2B and/or Strategic Business efforts.
- Experienced in PBX features and services (virtual, stand alone or multi-site).
- Experienced in PBX features, functions and services of enterprise telephone networks.
- Experienced in PBX functionalities about analogue, digital, IP and SIP/VoIP, protocols and circuits.
- Experienced in principles of urban Telephone Network operations. Especially the wired ones.
- Familiar with IP networking, major internet routing protocols and technologies.
- Experienced in commercial buildings' structured cabling, backbone or edge network. Especially regarding copper and F.O. systems.
- Excellent knowledge of English language (written and verbal)
- Genuine interest in exploring and working with new technologies
- Ability to work both independently and communicate effectively with various business stakeholders
- Flexibility to work outside of HQs premises. This expected working time frame, is on the average 5% of the working time of the candidate, but it may occasionally vary depending on the current team requirements.
